Our Refunds Policy
Product Returns
If a Product is returned to us:
(a) due to cancellation of the Contract within the seven (7) day cooling-off period as outlined in clause 4.1, a refund will be processed as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation notice. In such cases, the full Product price and any applicable delivery charges will be reimbursed. However, the cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
(b) for reasons other than cancellation within the cooling-off period, such as perceived product defects, the returned Product will be subject to examination. Notification of the refund decision will be provided via email within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are typically processed as soon as feasible and, at the latest, within thirty (30) days of email confirmation of refund eligibility. A full refund for defective Products will include the purchase price, delivery charges, and reasonable return shipping expenses.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return unopened products within 7 working days of receiving them. You’ll need to cover return postage.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
